Tegemeza: Logo Design

Tegemeza Support Society is a charitable organization that strives to create large-scale transformations, break the cycle of poverty and create sustainable development. Through a personal approach and grassroots movement, Tegemeza seeks to love, support and empower the most vulnerable in Kenya, working closely with the locals to ensure local traditions and culture are maintained. They strongly believe in a hand-up mentality, not a handout.

The name Tegemeza is Swahili for "support," and the logo seeks to generate a direct link between the brand and the company’s activity. The organic design incorporates themes of their values - love, support, and empowerment, unified in a single logo. The deep red colours signify the Kenyan culture, often associated with the African culture and environment.
