Hockey is not top of mind during the summer which creates an opportunity to build anticipation for the upcoming season and start selling tickets. This was the goal for the 2023 Vancouver Canucks ticket on-sale campaign. Taking the calendar to the ice, this campaign leverages the relatable and everyday behaviour of locking in your calendar with the start of the hockey season to ensure one gets the best matchups.
I worked with the Creative Director and Copy Writer to develop and execute the ticket sales campaign. I created a variety of both print and digital assets which allowed for a saturation of the market without becoming stale or repetitive.While each graphic is different, focusing on a specific matchup, message, or use, the commonality of the calendar theme provides a cohesive visual identity within the Canucks brand identity that became recognizable throughout the city of Vancouver.
